sewing machine rental

Need a sewing machine for a project but don’t have one at home?

Remode Collective offers affordable sewing machine rental, helping people who may not otherwise have access to a sewing machine complete their projects and benefit from using a machine at home. It’s also a great opportunity to try out a sewing machine and see if sewing at home works for you before investing in your own machine.

New to Sewing Machines?

If you’re not confident using a sewing machine, we strongly recommend taking our Sewing Machine Skills for Beginners workshop before renting a machine. This will help you learn the basic controls, threading, machine settings and safe operation, so you can feel more confident sewing at home.

About the Machines

We currently offer Toyota domestic sewing machines, which are reliable, user-friendly machines suitable for everyday sewing, clothing repairs, alterations and creative projects.

Each machine comes with essential accessories, including a standard presser foot, zip foot, buttonhole foot and bobbins.

Optional Sewing Kit

If you need some basic sewing supplies for your project, you can also purchase a small sewing kit for £4, including threads, pins and tailor’s chalk, and a replacement needle.
